Which pipes will give better performance?

I have an 08 XL Roadster and I've narrowed my choices of pipes down to the Vance and Hines Q-series double barrel or the Vance and Hines Short Shots Staggered. My Question is which one will offer better performance gains?Which pipes will give better performance?
That would be better answered by the folks at Vance%26amp;Hines. They have great customer service, why not give them a call?

I hope you have a Power Commander on your bike. It's the only way to tune the bike to the pipes. Without one, you'll probably lose 5-10 horsepower.

i would have to agree w/ xracer, get a thunderheader and call it good!!! v%26amp;h wont give you enough back pressure. and whatever you do dont get a powercomander it garbage, i work at a harley shop and we take more off than what we put on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You better check with your dealer. You could void the warranty on your bike. If it has 02 sensors on it you can damage the engine. The government is winning.
