do i need to re-jet the carbs on a 2002 honda sabre 1100 if i put slip-on exhaust? i was reading somewhere that you dont have to jet the carbs if you're just putting on slip-on exhaust (i.e. Vance Hines cruiser pipes)Do i need to jet the carburetor on a 2002 honda sabre 1100 if i put slip on exhaust?
I thought these were fuel injected and computer controlled, vi fuel trim.Do i need to jet the carburetor on a 2002 honda sabre 1100 if i put slip on exhaust?
if they are straight pipes then yes, the engine will run lean, not good for the valves, if you are changing the factory pipes and air filter there will be to much flow through the system, and the factory jets can't keep up, bigger jets are needed.

p.s if fuel injected, needs re mapped
