Remove old pipes.
Remove the old exhaust gaskets with a screw driver or pick.
Install new exhaust gaskets (put a couple of dabs of grease on one side of the new ones so they stick to the engine).
Install header pipes to engine, finger tighten nuts. You'll tighten them later.
Install mounting hardware, at muffler, to the frame, but don't tighten yet.
Tighten all header nuts equally. A little bit on pipe 1 - a little
on pipe 2 - etc and keep repeating until all are tight.
Tighten hardware at muffler.
