How do you remove the baffles from Vance and Hines big radius pipes?

I am asking this question for a friend.|||if you are thinking of running without baffles don't waste your time. i have the same pipes tried no baffles, then big city thunder baffles neither worked as well as the stock ones, just my two cents worth.|||take the heat shields loose and twist them this should expose the screws
